We currently ship within the United States, Mexico and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the near future, so we encourage our international customers to join our newsletter for updates!

How long does it take to receive my order?

After your order is placed, there is a short processing window for our team to ensure your gear is ready for it's next big adventure. All gear is shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex and typically ships within three business days and arrives within 2 to 10

Gear purchased from Out&Back at one of our in-person events is eligible for returns according to our return policy.

What if something is wrong with my order upon arrival?

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment, however if upon delivery, you find an issue or defect with the item that was not listed, please contact our team for further assistance.

All products are sold as is and without warranty. However, may be returned according to our return policy.

Can I change my order?

Due to the quick turnaround of our fulfillment center, orders submitted online cannot be changed once they have been placed. If upon receiving your gear you still don't love it, you are welcome to return it as long as it adheres to our return policy.

Does Out&Back offer in-person pick-up?

Yes, we offer in-person pick-up at our headquarters located in Denver, Colorado! Appointments are required.

Do I have to pay to pick-up in person?

Nope! As long as you're in Denver and are able to swing by our office during a pre-determined date/time with our team, we don't charge a fee.

How do I choose in-person pick-up?

During checkout, when selecting shipping method, choose "In-Person Pick-Up". Once your order is received by our team, we'll reach out to coordinate a date/time for you to pick-up your order.
