While we don't have "waiting lists" per say, we do have the ability for you to sign-up to receive notifications when specific products arrive.

To sign-up, click THIS link and in the upper left corner (below the navigation), you'll see the following language, "DON'T SEE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR"?. Click on this and complete the pop-up form, specifying what you're looking for.

Once signed up, you'll be notified we have it in stock.

Don't see the gear you are looking for?

All products are sold as is and without warranty. However, it may be returned according to our return policy (link to return policy).

All products are inspected before shipment, however if upon delivery, you find an issue or defect with the item that was not listed, please contact our team for further assistance.

Warranty Policy

Sell your gear easily with two options: 
Online
Use our easy-to-use online trade-in tool to receive an instant offer after answering a few questions. Ship your gear with the provided pre-paid label and get paid once it’s received at our warehouse. 
In-person 
Drop it off in-person at a participating partner location and get paid once gear has been reviewed by our team.

Trade in Gear

Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, if you're in Denver, you can arrange an appointment to visit our warehouse and view any specific item you're interested in. More info coming soon!

Stay informed about our occasional pop-up sales by subscribing to our newsletter. Plus, for added convenience, we offer order pickups by appointment.

Do you have a retail store?

We provide gear in different conditions to suit your budget and requirements. Our straightforward condition grading system makes it easy to understand the exact state of the gear.

New - New, never used, with original tags and packaging intact. Ready for its first adventure!
Like New - New condition, but missing original tags and packaging. Ready for its first adventure!
Used and Excellent - Shows minimal signs of wear, fully functional, and primed for new adventures.
Used and Good - Displays minor blemishes and aesthetic imperfections but functions perfectly. Has seen some great adventures and is eager for more.
Used and Worn - Shows noticeable aesthetic wear, such as tears, but still functions as intended. Holds plenty of stories from past adventures and is ready for more to come!

Condition and Grading of pre-owned items

Returns can be initiated online by visiting our RETURNS page.
1) Click Return Order
2) Enter Email
3) Select item to be returned
4) Click "Request Return"
5) Out&Back will send you a label within 24 business hours

We understand that sometimes you just don't fall in love with every piece of gear you buy. That's why we offer thirty (30) day returns on most items - exclusions apply. For more details, please refer to our complete return policy.

Returns

We have received your order and are working on packing and shipping it! You can expect us to ship the order within 24-48 business hours. 
Our warehouse does not operate during weekend hours, so any purchase made on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday.
