Do I have to pay for returns?Updated 2 months ago

We offer free returns for eligible items according to our return policy, except skis, snowboards, trekking/ski poles, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp tables, coolers and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee. 

The total amount for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Standard size/weight packages will be used to return skis and snowboard and are required to use the prepaid shipping label provided. Large size/weight packages will be used to return bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp tables, coolers and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee.
