The short answer, sort of...the more detailed answer, see the following.

Online - Mail-in Trade-in

There is no limit to the number of items that a person may trade-in and no limit on the value of those items. A person may not submit more than (ten) 10 items per trade-in. However, they may submit as many trade-ins as they'd like.
 

In-person Trade-in

There is a $500 value limit on on all in-person trade-ins without being admitted to Out&Back's Verified Super Seller Program. This $500 limit is the total value of all trade-ins submitted (EX: 1 trade-in worth $500 and ten (10) trade-ins worth $50 each would both meet this limit threshold). If a person decides to trade-in items worth greater than $500 in value, the first $500 will be paid to them upon receipt of the items at the in-person drop-off location with any remaining value paid upon receipt of those items at our warehouse.
